Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all documentation required to support sales orders from initiation through completion.
• Track order status, maintain order records, and communicate updates to internal teams and customers.
• Review priorities and scheduling requirements with management to ensure orders are completed efficiently.
• Create and maintain inventory and pricing reports to support sales planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and distribute weekly internal and customer-facing reports.
• Forecast inventory requirements based on outstanding sales orders and reconcile with system records.
