Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business or accounting coursework is a plus.
• Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders using established procedures and systems.
• Track order status and update internal teams and customers.
• Review priorities with management to ensure timely completion.
• Create inventory and pricing reports to support planning.
• Prepare and distribute weekly internal and customer reports.
• Support marketing materials, events, and sales initiatives.
