Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework is a plus.
• Experience in sales support, administration, customer service, inventory control, or related fields.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders using established procedures and systems.
• Track order status and update internal teams and customers.
• Review priorities with management to ensure timely order completion.
• Create and maintain inventory and pricing reports for planning.
• Prepare and distribute weekly internal and customer reports.
• Reconcile inventory with system records and assist with counts and audits.
• Support projects including marketing materials, events, and initiatives.
