Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our outside Account Managers and ensure smooth order flow from vendor to customer. You will verify creditworthiness, place vendor orders, process leases, and handle invoicing while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

The role requires superb communication and organizational skills, comfort with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Strong organizational time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and similar software.
• Must work with minimal supervision and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coordination support for Account Managers by placing vendor orders.
• Coordinate delivery of orders based on customer requirements.
• Process lease applications and prepare lease documents.
• Generate customer invoices and manage associated records.
• Maintain vendor/manufacturer relationships and monitor stock.
• Assist Accounts Receivable collection as needed.
