Dematic seeks an entry-level Sales Operations support role in the United States. You will open, update, and manage opportunities in Salesforce, support Account Managers with administrative tasks, and help prepare commercial materials to accelerate the sales process.

The role includes following up on customer leads, participating in site research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely response and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open, update, and manage opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
• Provide day-to-day support for Account Managers, including Salesforce administration and workload balancing.
• Prepare order bookings, pricing breakouts, quotes, and internal handoffs to move opportunities through the sales process.
