Job summary

Ideal Image is seeking a Sales & Client Support Specialist to help the sales team by managing customer relationship data, coordinating documentation, and enhancing the client experience from proposal to post-installation follow-up.

You will maintain the CRM, support the sales team with proposals and quotes, coordinate 3D Video Walkthroughs, prototype meetings, and operate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth, professional customer journey.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate customer information and reporting.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate sales proposal documentation.
• Coordinate the Client Gift Program and post-installation follow-up activities.
• Support scheduling and coordination of 3D Video Walkthroughs and prototype meetings.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance customer service and sales operations.
