Job summary

Horizon Grass Farms Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team and support sales, orders, and accounts receivable. You will liaise with farm managers, customers, and turf field staff to ensure smooth operations and timely communications.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and office administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist client calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Receive and manage wholesale customer & salesmen orders and coordinate with farm managers.
• Process invoices next day; apply payments and send statements weekly.
• Ensure timely email, phone, and text responses and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with turf field inventory maps, records and books.
• Provide customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Work with team to ensure smooth daily operations.
