Responsibilities

• Be the engine behind the sales team: keep the process moving from quote to close by supporting Sales Managers and Sales Professionals at every step.
• Own the details: prepare, review, and manage sales docs, financing paperwork, warranties, and system updates for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate equipment from order to delivery: locate equipment, place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate logistics with yard and service teams.
• Be the go-to for systems and reporting: record sales activity, monitor reports, clear GL items, and support monthly inventory.
• Support financing and manufacturer programs: review documents before sending to customers and stay updated on programs and incentives.
• Partner across the operation: collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, Equipment Coordinators, and Yard teams to move deals efficiently.
