Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in West Haven, Utah, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to help move the sales process from quote to close.

You will back Sales Managers and Sales Professionals with paperwork, tracking, follow-ups, and all essential tasks. You will prepare and manage documents, warranties, and system updates for accuracy and compliance; coordinate equipment from order to delivery; use company systems to record activity and support monthly inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Be the engine behind the sales team by supporting Sales Managers and Sales Professionals through paperwork, tracking, follow‑ups and all.
• Prepare, review, and manage sales documentation, finance paperwork, warranties, and system updates for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate equipment from order to delivery, locate equipment, place inventory orders, track deliveries, and liaise with yard/service teams.
• Use company systems to record sales activity, monitor reports, clear general ledger items, and support monthly inventory processes.
• Assist with financing and manufacturer programs; review documents before sending to customers and stay updated on incentives and extended warranty offerings.
• Collaborate across Sales, Service, Parts, Equipment Coordinators, and Yard teams to keep deals moving smoothly.
• Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide clear, professional communication to support the sales team and customers.
• Demonstrate comfort with technology and learn dealership/manufacturer systems quickly.
• Balance independent work with cross-department collaboration.
