Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator in Novi, MI to support our sales team through order processing, CRM maintenance, and cross-functional coordination. You will manage customer communications, track orders, and assist with quotes and documentation to ensure smooth fulfillment.

The role requires 3+ years in sales support, CRM experience (Salesforce), and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Support or related roles.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and support order entry activities
• Track orders and coordinate updates through fulfillment and delivery
• Manage customer communications regarding orders, shipments, training schedules, and service requests
• Coordinate NDAs, contracts, and related business documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline management activities
• Route leads and assist with sales workflow coordination
• Generate reports and support sales process improvements
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Service, and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requests
• Assist with quote revisions and general sales administration
