Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales support or administrative coordination.
• Experience with contracts, legal documents, or customer accounts preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ERP/CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processing and review of customer sales contracts and pricing agreements.
• Track customer samples and communicate status to Sales.
• Input monthly sales forecasts and analyze variances for management.
• Prepare internal forms for new customers and ensure data integrity.
• Draft internal/external communications including price updates and notices.
• Assist Sales with data entry and reports for reviews.
