Job Title: Sales Operations, Coordinator

Location: New York, NY 10019 (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 03+ Months with the possibility of extension

Pay rate: $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role within the Operations team, supporting both EDI and Non-EDI customer processes. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations through coordination, reporting, and hands-on management of seller platforms and order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and distribute EDI/POs to production and sales teams.
• Coordinate shipment logistics, including routing, label requirements, and BOL documentation.
• Enter and manage purchase orders using Excel.
• Create product style codes and assign UPCs.
• Set up and manage new customer accounts.
• Track business status and approvals through the implementation of trackers.
• Support and maintain 3P seller platforms (e.g., store maintenance, case management, product creation).
• Generate weekly sales reports and other requested reports.
• Ensure adherence to company compliance standards.
• Contribute to special projects and reporting tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
