Job Description

  • Pay Type: Hourly
  • Annual Salary Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour based on experience
  • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 09:00am-05:30pm (Must be flexible)

Summary

Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator II performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information. Maintains records or logs. Verifies completion and accuracy of information. Sets up and maintains files and records.

Essential Functions

Responsible for providing administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones

Schedule flexibility to work Tuesday- Saturday 8am-5pm

Proactively address problems and suggest solutions

Assess situation and prioritize calls

Oversee the route of field units and track delivery status of products

Track and update call logs and data in software programs

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
