Salary: $55,000 plus monthly bonuses

Responsibilities :

• Managing incoming calls and communications.

• Addressing customers' reporting needs.

• Responding to inquiries regarding contracts.

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Coordinating and distributing surveys to gather valuable feedback.
