Job summary

Aerodyn Engineering in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Sales Administrator to own the quote-to-order cycle for aerospace and defense customers. You will turn RFQs into accurate quotes, enter orders in the ERP, and maintain compliance across a busy pipeline.

You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Quality, and Leadership to keep data organized, generate reports, and support monthly sales analytics. Strong detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, order entry, or a similar customer-facing/administrative role.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming RFQs for accuracy and enter data into the ERP system.
• Prepare and send customer quotes and track win/loss feedback.
• Enter orders into ERP and match customer POs to ERP data.
• Set up new customers in ERP and manage credit holds and billing details.
• Maintain daily RFQ and Win/Loss tracking reports.
• Support monthly sales and marketing reporting and data analysis.
