Mactores is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. You will use leading tools such as Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, ContactOut, and HubSpot to identify, verify, and enrich potential leads and to automate emails, voicemails, and SMS campaigns.

You will craft personalized outreach, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales operations or a related field.
• Hands-on with Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, ContactOut, HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of automation for sales efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional research abilities to identify and verify potential leads.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities
