Job summary

Ampacity is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to keep contracts, orders, and handoffs organized and on track. You will help maintain sales reports, track forecasts, and coordinate between Sales, Operations, and Finance for smooth project flow.

This entry-point role offers learning in reporting, process management, and collaboration with senior sales leaders. Ideal for detail-oriented, organized candidates who can juggle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales support or operations.
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn sales processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Track and organize contract requests, checklists, and documents like COIs and lien waivers.
• Process and monitor sales orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate project handoffs between Sales, Operations, and Accounting with timelines and milestones.
• Pull and organize sales reports and forecasting data from NetSuite.
• Support sales meetings with agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update sales SOPs and playbooks.
• Track project start/end dates for commissions and follow-up.
• Assist with tracking forecasts, estimates, and probabilities.
• Role will evolve with business needs.
