Job summary

Ampacity is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the sales team by keeping contracts, sales orders, and project handoffs organized and on track. You will help maintain sales reports, track forecasts, and coordinate between Sales, Operations, and Finance to avoid delays.

This entry-point role offers learning in reporting, process management, and collaboration with experienced sales leaders, rewarding detail-oriented and organized candidates who handle multiple tasks at once.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales support or related roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and data familiarity.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and contract workflows.

Responsibilities

• Track and organize contract requests, checklists, and documents.
• Process and monitor sales orders to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Operations, and Accounting with timelines.
• Pull and organize sales reports and forecasting data from NetSuite.
• Support meetings by organizing agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
• Maintain SOPs and playbooks for the sales team.
• Track project start/completion dates for commissions and follow-up.
• Assist with tracking forecasts, estimates, and probabilities.
