Job summary

Ampacity, a growing sales operations function, is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the sales team by keeping contracts, orders, and handoffs organized and on track. You’ll help with reporting, forecasting, and cross‑functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

This entry‑level role offers exposure to daily sales operations, data handling, and process improvement. You’ll work closely with experienced leaders and gain skills in reporting, dashboards, and SOP maintenance as

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role (internships count).
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel proficiency).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
• Proactive follow-through and comfortable chasing down missing information.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and contract workflows, or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Track and organize contract requests, checklists, and required documents (COIs, lien waivers, etc.).
• Process and monitor sales orders to ensure accurate, timely execution.
• Coordinate project handoffs between Sales, Operations, and Accounting, capturing details like timelines, contacts, and milestones.
• Pull and organize sales reports and forecasting data from NetSuite.
• Support sales team meetings by organizing agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
• Help maintain and update sales team SOPs and playbooks.
• Track project start and completion dates for commissions and customer follow-up.
• Assist with tracking sales forecasts, estimates, and probabilities.
• This role will evolve over time with the needs of the business.
