Job summary

Gordon Brothers seeks an Associate, Sales Operations to optimize CRM processes, manage data, and deliver data-driven insights that support sales growth. The role partners with marketing, finance, and the Digital Transformation Team to enhance reporting and dashboards.

You will work from the Boston office, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to sales efficiency through data-driven decision making and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, data analytics, information systems or the like.
• 2-5 years’ experience with sales analysis, data management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Excel are a must.

Responsibilities

• Support efforts to enhance Salesforce to be fit for purpose through requirements gathering with user groups, requirements documentation, design review with CRM admin, testing, implementation and training
• Continuously train sales staff on CRM best practices to ensure data quality and consistency
• Maintain account data including account hierarchies
• Create and maintain Salesforce reporting for Sales teams. Work closely with Digital Transformation Team for requirements for Power BI dashboards that contain Salesforce data
• Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards in Power BI
• Partner closely with Marketing to ensure CRM supports hand offs between marketing and sales efforts
• Develop and implement sales processes that streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to support the business's growth initiatives
