Job summary

WCL Group is seeking a Sales Operations Associate – Contracts for a fully remote, EST-hours role. The contract is 6 months with potential extension or conversion to full-time, paying $24.00 per hour.

You will ensure CRM records align with signed contracts, liaise across Sales, Legal, Energy Markets, and Finance, and help build dashboards and reports to drive recommendations. The role emphasizes process improvements, training, and accurate data flow to support product delivery and compliance with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1–3 years in a sales operations or related role preferred.
Prior CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to build reports and dashboards.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong quantitative aptitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to tailor to different cultural environments.

Responsibilities

Review signed contracts and ensure CRM reflects obligations and compliance.
Coordinate between Sales, Legal, Energy Markets, and Finance on contracting questions.
Support system and process improvements, including requirements gathering and testing.
Create and manage reports and dashboards to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Train sales team on tools and processes and drive data-driven decision making.
