Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Legal Operations & CLM Specialist for a fully remote role. You will support contract lifecycle management modernization, optimize CLM workflows, and deploy new contract templates and workflows using Workday Evisort.

Strong paralegal/CLM experience is required, with remote collaboration across multiple stakeholders. The position offers an hourly rate of $85.00–$100.00, with an assignment ending 12/31/26.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7+ years in Paralegal, Contract Administrator, Legal Operations or CLM roles.
• Experience managing commercial contracts, templates, intake forms, and approvals.
• Strong project management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely while handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support optimization of CLM intake forms, routing processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and implementation partner to design contract workflows.
• Deploy new contract workflows including SOW, Trademark License, Assurance, and Consulting Services.
• Create and maintain templates, clause libraries, and workflow content for automation.
• Perform end-to-end testing, UAT, and validation of routing, e-signature, and repositories.

Our client, a leading health and wellness organization, is seeking a Legal Operations & CLM Specialist to join their team. As a Legal Operations & CLM Specialist, you will be part of the Legal Operations function supporting contract lifecycle management modernization and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong contract administration experience, a proven ability to improve legal workflows through automation, and the technical aptitude to quickly learn and optimize legal technology platforms.

Pay Range: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour
Duration of Assignment:end date 12/31/26

Shift:8AM- 5PM

What's the Job?

• Support ongoing optimization of Workday Evisort CLM intake forms, routing processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Workday Evisort implementation partner to design, refine, test, and deploy contract workflows.
• Help deploy four new contract request workflows: Statement of Work (SOW), Trademark License Agreement, Assurance Agreement, and Consulting Services Agreement.
• Create and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, questionnaires, and workflow content to enable contract automation and standardized intake.
• Perform end-to-end workflow testing and quality assurance, including UAT/beta testing, validation of routing/approvals, e-signature processes, metadata capture, reporting, and repository integration.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Paralegal, Contract Administrator, Legal Operations Professional, or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Professional.
• Significant experience managing and administering commercial contracts, including contract templates, intake forms, approval workflows, and contract repositories.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and collaborating cross-functionally.
