Job summary

Big Bolt LLC is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Bloomingdale, IL to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and act as the internal expeditor across Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Sales.

You will maintain Bills of Lading, investigate freight issues, and manage shipping records with NetSuite ERP while supporting month-end activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Shipping, Receiving, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail; problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Serve as internal expeditor between Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Sales.
• Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Lading and shipping docs.
• Investigate UPS claims and freight-related issues.
• Maintain shipping and inventory records using NetSuite ERP.
• Assist with month-end inventory and shipping activities, incl. adjustments.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues to improve efficiency.
