Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant in Logan, UT. You will track key Inside Sales metrics, pull data across software, and maintain clean, accurate Excel reports.

You will support the Sales Operations Admin and Executive Assistant, help analyze data, and build sheets to improve tracking and opportunities through referrals. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong Excel and Office skills, and good communication with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Five9, FieldRoutes preferred.
• Strong accuracy and efficiency in repetitive tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of a Sales Operations Assistant

As a Sales Operations Assistant for Fox PC, you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining key performance metrics for Inside Sales. You will use our different software's to pull data, export the datainto excel, and update sheets as needed. This will require validating data accuracy, fix formulas, and making the reports clean and easy to read. You will assist the Sales Operations Admin and Executive Assistant in Inside Sales with help to solve their problems and advise on solutions. You will eventually help with analyzing data and creating sheets for Inside Sales to help improve tracking metrics.You will open doors to new opportunities through referrals and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Excel Proficient
• Experienced with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office
• Preferred but not required - knowledge on Salesforce, Five9, and FieldRoutes
• Capable of maintaining accuracy and efficiency in repetitive work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
