Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to monitor Inside Sales KPIs, pull and export data to Excel, and maintain clean, readable reports. You will collaborate with the Sales Operations Admin and Executive Assistant, develop data-driven insights, and help create tracking sheets for Inside Sales growth.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and comfort with various software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with multiple software tools.
• Experience with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain key performance metrics for Inside Sales.
• Use software to pull data, export to Excel, and update sheets.
• Validate data accuracy, fix formulas, and make reports clear and readable.
• Assist the Sales Operations Admin and Executive Assistant with Inside Sales support.
• Analyze data and create sheets to improve tracking metrics.
