Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
• Experience with common software (Microsoft Office) is a plus.
• Preferred knowledge of Salesforce, Five9 and FieldRoutes.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain key performance metrics for Inside Sales.
• Pull data from various software, export to Excel, and update sheets.
• Validate data accuracy, fix formulas, and keep reports readable.
• Assist the Sales Operations Admin and Executive Assistant.
• Help analyze data and create sheets to improve tracking metrics.
