MTI Baths, Inc., an ES Group Company, seeks a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support three regional sales territories from Sugar Hill, GA, and serve as the first contact for service issues raised by rep agencies and trade partners.

You will own recurring and ad hoc reporting, help run monthly rep agency meetings, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM while collaborating with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Order Management.

Qualifications

• Experience building reports with Power BI, Excel, and/or AI-assisted reporting tools.
• Experience on a sales or service team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex issues and projects.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for all service issues from MTI's rep agencies and trade partners.
• Prioritize and coordinate service requests with the Customer Experience team, tracking issues through to resolution.
• Develop and distribute monthly performance reports for all rep agencies to track metrics and targets.
• Schedule and facilitate monthly meetings with each rep agency to review results and plan actions.
• Create ad hoc reports and analyses to support the sales team and rep agencies.
• Maintain a sales pipeline report for Regional Sales Directors with accurate data.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Order Management to move information smoothly.
• Keep rep agency and account records up to date in MTI's CRM.
• Prepare materials for sales meetings, trade shows, and rep agency training sessions.
