MTI Baths, Inc. is seeking a motivated Customer Service / Order Entry Coordinator to receive and process incoming orders, answer customer questions by phone and email, and be the main contact for MTI orders.

You will explain products, options and lead times, and ensure accurate information and smooth order flow. The role requires data entry into Navision, attention to company policy, and collaboration with internal teams to route orders.

Formación

• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Enter purchase orders into Navision.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Review orders for accuracy and policy.
• Direct orders to appropriate departments.
• Inform customers of prices and lead times.
