Job summary

Trailhead Media is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Mississippi to provide essential operational and administrative support to the sales team. You will generate weekly CEO reports, manage budgets and marketing collateral, and serve as the go-to resource for AEs and leaders across cross-functional teams.

You will maintain CRM systems, assist with client materials, and drive onboarding for new Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (APX preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (Canva).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly reports for leadership and sales leadership.
• Support VP of Sales with data sourcing and report formatting.
• Maintain and report on budgets, co-op reporting, and marketing materials.
• Assist Account Executives with customer-facing materials and proposals.
• Lead onboarding and training efforts for new AEs and tool platforms.
• Coordinate updates of marketing collateral, one-sheets, and business cards.
