Responsibilities

• Support key metrics tracking and reporting for Sales and Services.
• Deliver operational initiatives including goaling, compensation, territory design, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain sales resources, including Outlook lists, SharePoint, contracts, and pricing docs.
• Provide sales tracking, reporting, and analytical support to leadership.
• Ensure data integrity across reporting systems for accurate insights.
• Assess workflows and systems to identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and HR to improve processes.
• Document operational processes and maintain workflow documentation.
• Contribute to projects that enhance sales effectiveness and performance.
• Build cross-functional relationships to enable successful execution of initiatives.
