Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related area required.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Ops or a similar analytics role.
• Experience with heavy-duty trucks or equipment manufacturers preferred.
• Strong PC skills including Access databases and Excel spreadsheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload independently.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and administer Order Processing Policy bulletins.
• Attend material shortage meetings and relay backlog changes to Sales Ops.
• Liaise between sales regions, plants, engineering, materials, and transport.
• Respond to ad hoc information requests using database tools.
• Manage PACCAR Parts Fleet Services invoices with dealers and accounting.
• Maintain Sales Operations data and drive process improvements.
• Lead system project use cases and participate in testing.
• Work within a cross functional Sales Ops team.
• Perform weekly and monthly freight and change fee audits.
• Backup Sales Operations Manager and Plant Logistics Manager as needed.
