Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and practical work experience.
• 2 to 5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with demand, supply and production planners on inventory availability for customer orders.
• Develop action plans to resolve excess and stranded inventory levels with sales, finance, and other planning teams.
• Analyze and prevent aging inventory of finished goods.
• Prepare and document all quote, proposal, submission, or contract information in designated systems.
• Perform required follow ups to ensure timely completion of quotes and delivery of proposals.
• Remarket renewals, contact customers, create renewal proposals, and coordinate renewal activities with sales.
• Maintain organized records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions, and communications.
• Create sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for the sales team.
