Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and practical work experience.
• 2 to 5 years related experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with demand, supply and production planners on inventory availability for customer orders.
• Develop action plans to resolve excess and stranded inventory levels with sales, finance, and other planning teams.
• Analyze and prevent aging inventory of finished goods.
• Prepare and document quotes, proposals, or contracts in designated systems with updated account activity.
• Perform follow ups to ensure timely quotes and delivery of proposals.
• Create renewal proposals and coordinate renewal activities with sales.
• Maintain organized records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions, and communications.
• Produce and develop reporting as required by business and forecast performance analyses.
