Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a Finance Analyst to support planning and forecasting for a division or plant. You will assist with budgeting, month-end close, and financial reporting, partnering with senior teams to ensure timely, accurate analysis.

SAP proficiency and strong Excel skills are essential. Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or finance and 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance, or related curriculum (or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• Superior SAP program knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze reports for the business unit and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
• Review and consolidate KPI report.
• Assist with financial analysis and capacity activities.
• Provide data support for financial analysis.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Perform month-end close duties including sales and input costs reporting.
• Support budget and forecast activities.
• Generate and support key business performance metrics.
• Leverage SAP, reports, data, and Excel to build analytical models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete financial activities as needed.
• Input production data into spreadsheets or systems and maintain production reports.
