Filevine is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. You will analyze data, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives to help the sales organization hit its goals.

You will collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth operations, design scalable workflows, maintain CRM systems (Salesforce), and deliver dashboards that translate data into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role (SaaS/software preferred).
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and data visualization tools (Domo, Tableau or Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable sales processes, workflows, and tools.
• Maintain and enhance CRM systems (Salesforce) for data accuracy.
• Create and deliver reports and dashboards for sales leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and track campaigns.
• Support sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Onboard and train new sales team members on systems and processes.
• Identify and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
• Assist with territory planning, lead distribution, and quota management.
