Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales administration or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management.
• Proficient in CRM and MS 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage quotes, CRM records, and approvals across the sales cycle.
• Handle contracts, POs, certificates, tax forms, deposits, and documentation.
• Process change orders and billing support.
• Support job costing, closeout, and financial closeout readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance; drive process improvements.
