• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales teams and assist with orders.
• Obtain purchase orders or pro forma and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours.
• Assist with follow-up, order confirmations, and bookings.
