Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via email and phone.
• Support sales managers to ensure customer pricing is accurate and communicated.
• Check data accuracy of sales orders and purchase orders.
• Maintain excellent business relationships with customers through constant communication.
• Work with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales records.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
• Process and communicate any sales corrections with accounting dept.
