United Methodist Communities is seeking a Sales & Move-In Coordinator for Collingswood Manor in Collingswood, NJ. The role drives inquiries, coordinates move-ins, and supports marketing events to grow the community’s resident base.

Responsibilities include maintaining prospect records, coordinating paperwork, and partnering with the sales team to deliver a seamless resident experience. Immediate start and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ years of related experience in sales or customer service in senior living (required).
• Associate's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families, providing information and coordinating follow-up with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, referral data, and sales activity reports within community systems.
• Partner with community team members to ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the sales process.
• Assist with resident move-ins by coordinating paperwork, apartment readiness, scheduling, and communication with internal teams.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, outreach efforts, and promotional activities.
• Monitor inventory of marketing materials and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Stay current on community services, programs, and industry trends to effectively assist prospects, families, and referral sources.
