United Methodist Communities is hiring a Resident Move-In Coordinator in Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community, Collingswood, NJ. The role pays $19.10–$21.48 per hour based on experience and is full-time with day shifts 9am–5:30pm or 9:30am–6:00pm and rotating weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, supporting sales, guiding residents through move-in, and coordinating events while ensuring accurate data entry in Aline and other systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience in sales or customer service in senior living preferred.
• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries and assign leads to sales staff for follow-up.
• Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales & Marketing Director.
• Maintain lead and referral data in Aline and other systems; generate reports on schedule.
• Guide residents through the move-in process from selection to move-in day.
• Coordinate move-in readiness and communicate details to leadership.
• Assist with planning and coordinating community events; manage promotional materials.
