Bradham Comfort Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to perform thorough safety and performance inspections on home systems.

You will build trust with homeowners, recommend upgrades, and create clear estimates using ServiceTitan while participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC field experience in single-family homes.
• EPA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• NATE certification is preferred.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive whole-home HVAC safety and performance inspections (60–90 minutes).
• Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and expert guidance.
• Recommend system upgrades or preventative services to improve comfort and efficiency.
• Create accurate estimates and invoices using ServiceTitan and explain services clearly.
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to stay current.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC field experience working in single-family homes.
• EPA Certification (required).
