Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support store operations and guest service, learning Buckle's retail business and leadership skills.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks under store management, including cashiering, display, POS procedures and maintaining a clean, inviting shopping environment while gaining hands-on experience in management. The internship offers training with the Store Manager and opportunities to build client relationships

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; no prior experience required.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn Buckle's retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and guest service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with merchandising and display to reflect Buckle’s standards.
• Help with store operations, POS procedures, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized store environment.
