Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards and drive sales at retailer locations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination to the Territory Sales Lead.

Responsibilities include store liaison, product education, project execution, and maintaining client aesthetics. A HS diploma and valid license are required; flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Must have access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise projects maintaining account aesthetics and execution.
• Communicate daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead.
• Use handheld device functions accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
