Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers LLC. seeks a Sales Merchandiser to execute merchandising standards and drive sales. You will work with store personnel, educate customers on brands, and complete displays and resets with accuracy to meet retailer expectations.

Responsibilities include daily communication with leadership, maintaining high-quality work, and protecting confidentiality. A flexible schedule and physical agility are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to locations as needed.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store teams and management daily.
• Educate customers on brand features and product lines.
• Execute merchandising tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy.
• Maintain account aesthetics and report sales opportunities to leaders.
• Communicate activities and needs to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
