Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to sell, order and present products across assigned accounts. You will manage daily routes, generate sales orders, and contribute to revenue and gross profit through effective execution of campaigns.

You will implement promotions, merchandise shelves, and coordinate with store personnel to ensure safety, quality guidelines, and timely restocking.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with customers and store personnel.
• Previous customer service experience preferred in retail environments.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50 lbs.).
• High initiative and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes on daily routes and generates sales orders to support revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products based on marketing plans and LOS initiatives.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves following procedures.
• Maintains back room organization and handles damaged/expired products according to policy.
• Creates and distributes in-store point-of-sale materials and coordinates with vendors.
• Builds relationships with store staff through proactive follow-up on requests and pricing.
