Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Sell and execute in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generate sales orders to support revenue and gross profit.
• Execute promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and plans to ensure RED score excellence.
• Fill, merchandize, and rotate products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Organize and maintain back room by stacking, arranging, and returning pallets and damaged/outdated product.
• Create and distribute POS materials and rotate merchandisers; ensure proper operation.
• Foster business relationships with store personnel through follow-up, pricing discussions, and opportunities.
• Identify competitive issues and communicate market activities; perform duties safely.
