Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to sell, order, and present products across assigned accounts. You will drive daily routes, execute promotions, and ensure products are displayed with proper handling and quality guidelines.

This role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a proactive, competitive mindset to grow sales and profit.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Critical thinking skills required.
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and marketing promotions.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up and pricing discussions.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activities and communicates them to management.
