Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You’ll merchandise approved products following planograms, handle safe lifting, and coordinate with store management and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, prior retail customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a reliable driving record for local travel.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and reliable driving history.
• Prior customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate clearly with store personnel and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display areas for storefront presentation.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves; rotates products and checks vendor operation.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product, and manages damaged/out-of-date inventory.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel and coordinates with teams on pricing and opportunities.
