Job summary

Formlabs is seeking an experienced Recruiter based in Somerville to elevate our Marketing and Sales hiring. You will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partner with business leaders, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects our world-class culture.

You will source, interview, and hire in a fast-paced environment, leveraging Greenhouse, Gem, and Google Sheets to track outcomes. A track record in tech and engineering recruiting and a bias for action are essential.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience with marketing and/or sales roles.
• Experience recruiting for engineering roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with candidates.
• Ability to craft unique, effective messaging and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Data-driven approach to track results and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the business (focus on go-to-market teams) to find top talent.
• Source, interview, and hire candidates across multiple departments.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Recommend and implement improvements to scale recruiting practices.
• Train hiring managers on networking approaches and inclusive hiring.
