Formlabs is seeking an experienced Recruiter based in Somerville to level up our Marketing and Sales hiring efforts. You will own end-to-end recruiting, partnering with go-to-market leaders to source, interview, and hire top talent across multiple departments.

Ideal candidates have full-cycle recruiting experience for marketing and/or sales roles, strong sourcing skills, and a data-driven approach to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for marketing and/or sales roles.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms.
• Ability to craft tailored candidate messaging.
• Comfortable partnering with leaders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and hire candidates across multiple departments.
